It offers the beneficial effects of thermal waters, it pinpoints and teaches the right diet for each person, and it helps you get back in shape and regain confidence and peace of mind.
The seven-day programme begins with a medical examination and a dietary consultation. Teaching you a new lifestyle and a new diet is at the heart of the programme, with the help of a series of lunches with dieticians and doctors.Sessions in the Turkish bath and massages help you relax and find wellbeing.
You can rebalance body and mind with physical exercises in the thermal pool, as well as through mindfulness sessions and time spent in nature outdoors.
The thermal mud and beauty treatments are beneficial for mind and body.
